The pre-sale inspection Rooney did for us was remarkable in its detail and accuracy. It was complete and comprehensive and the layout of the report makes it very easy for homeowners like us who don't understand the complexities of the various systems being evaluated. The issues Rooney discovered allowed us to be fully prepared for what the buyers might find, and helps to avoid the surprises and potential issues which could impede the smooth sale and transfer of the property. I can't imagine a more authoritative product, and I can't recommend Rooney more highly. Thanks Erik!

He’s like the best of all generations rolled into one: tech-savvy like a millennial, deeply knowledgeable like a boomer, and patient with great attention to detail like Gen X. What really stood out to us was how thorough he was—especially with vintage homes. He took his time, walked us through every room, opened every window, and explained everything he noticed. His report was incredibly detailed, covering all the little things he pointed out during the inspection. We couldn’t be happier with how careful and professional he was!
