I discuss the concern, observe accessible areas within the agreed scope, select appropriate sampling locations, collect air samples and a comparison sample when applicable, and send them to a qualified laboratory for analysis.
Air sampling is a snapshot of conditions at a particular time and place. It does not locate hidden growth, establish a medical diagnosis, guarantee the absence of mold, or replace moisture correction and specialist evaluation when conditions warrant it.
